2. Eat lean meat 2 to 3 times per day. Protein helps build muscle, helps to produce energy, and helps to create a sense of fullness. Beans, nuts, poultry, fish and lean meats are excellent choices, as are nut butters, eggs, and skim-milk cheeses and yogurts (sugar free, of course).

3. Eat the daily requirement of dietary fiber. It helps to keep you feeling full as well as helps to get rid of the toxic compounds from your system. You can get dietary fiber in whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables.

4. Get some moderate exercise. Diet and exercise has proven to be very effective when it comes to reducing your weight. Physical exercise for half an hour 3 to 4 times a week is usually sufficient. Simply take a brisk walk, ride a bicycle, dancing, or do whatever activity you enjoy doing. Get up to a quick pace, but you shouldn’t overdo it. Simply do whatever you feel as if you can do, and you should begin to get trim and see the pounds come off.
